Returns & Refunds

If you ordered from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the U.S., and you're not happy, you can request:

  • A replacement

  • A different flavor to try

  • Or a full refund

To qualify:

  • You must be the original purchaser

  • The request must be made within 45 days of purchase

  • Product must be purchased from Yum Yums or an authorized seller

We’re not able to offer refunds or replacements for items bought through unauthorized third-party sites or resellers.

To request a return, refund, or replacement, email us at support@yumyums.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A quick note on what went wrong

  • A photo of the product or issue (if possible)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will sort it out quickly.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time:
Shipping generally takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates:
Calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

Where We Ship:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.
